The Great atWar Witch Hunt

From now through October 31st, the Wicked Witch of the West is on the World Map, delivering destruction (and protocoins) for Halloween! Can you find her? There's a reward of 300 ProtoCoins on her head!

How does this work, you ask?

Find the Wicked Witch of the West, follow the instructions below, and get 300 protocoins! Here's what you need to do:

1) Find the Wicked Witch of the West unit (you must own it, not belonging to another player)
2) Take a screenshot
3) Post the screenshot and game link here on this thread
4) Protocoins will be added to your account once I verify! (Limit 1 time per player.)

NO FARMING. This means you have to play a REAL GAME with other people, not just farming a map by yourself. You must post the game link so I can verify.

We're nearly half way through the Fall 2021 season, and the odds have changed dramatically from the start.

- Paradox is still the bettor's favorite, but will they win?
- Hellenism is doing surprisingly well this season, currently in 2nd place.
- Evolve has restarted and is rising in the rankings, making the "Any other clan" option look more and more interesting.
- Meanwhile, Rat Pack changed their name to Happy Hour and, despite playing a lot of CWs, has so far fallen below the 1000 ELO mark. Their odds have reached 10-to-1, can they make a comeback?
- A handful of clans who played last season -- Lions Army, Mirage, The Bosniak Legion, The Taliband, and Ship of Theseus -- have so far not played this season. It's a long shot, but will one of them yet join in? Anything can happen....

What/Why:
Come and talk about atWar, or anything you want. I will be there to answer anything I can -- what we've been working on, what's worked, what hasn't, etc. This is a good chance to ask any questions you might have about atWar, or to just hangout with some fellow atWar players and hear what our nerdy voices sound like.

It's been a while since we last did this... this time we'll limit it to 1 hour, from 2-3PM. It will be in one of the voice chat channels on our official Discord, but I'll try to keep an eye on the text chat too for those of you who don't want to talk.

Today we unveil the 8th content update, complete with a new strategy and balance tweaks; renovations for the CW and Duel season, and a sneak peek to the brand new World 2.0 map.

This update also marks the end of the summer season. Thank you to all players who participated throughout the months. Big congratulations to Paradox who've managed to clinch their first trophy and season win, with an impressive 70% winrate across 223 games, setting a new record for seasonal ELO at 1258.9. Big honorable mention as well to Hellenism, who for the 3rd season in a row managed to play the most games in a season. Will they extend their streak to a whole year?
