Annoys me too that people don't value all lives the same.

But I'm from the UK and when we see it closer to home or happening in western countries we instantly relate faster. We're desensitized to it happening in the middle east because there always seems to be a war there and we (wrongly) start to think of it as "nothing new".

Seeing it happening in France makes me think it could happen in the UK and now I'm thinking, wtf would i do if I saw a terrorist attack? We dont expect them to happen because we have intelligence services and police forces that are supposed to keep us safe and we don't think of people living in the middle east to have the same protection which is another reason why we don't react the way we should to all terrorist attacks.

Either way.. Fuck ISIS...

First three are unstable, barely civilized countries, the fourth is a very stable and civilized one, it shouldn't be a surprise to all you whiners that people care more when it happens in France
