My concern with this is that most of my friends and a lot of notable community members over the years tend to shit around on the forums a lot, and they've been driven away for their behavior. I try telling them to use Discord instead because I can understand the argument of making AtWar more visually inviting to attract new players, but at the same time people being forum muted, permabanned, etc for trolling is just killing the game faster. If popular thought is to be believed, someone like xBugs who used exploits and IE to ruin the game for players deserves a permaban more than someone like Unleashed or Laochra who doesn't know how to keep their mouth shut. Why can't me just mute them for a month and advise them to go fuck around on Sid's server or something instead of permabanning people like that?

Creating a caste of undesirables is killing off the few older players who haven't left already.

Bro this game was fun when we could troll make drama insult player but tryharder and nerd fucked up the game.
This game became actually boring I just come here to talk and play with friend sometime but not to play alone.
When u go in beginner room u only see alts and new players cant even talk with other player and we all know the first game is always the most important if u cant talk get raped by alt u wont play the game anymore,if u dont want troll on alt just find the computer id and ban him.
Ban should be 3months max idk why u perma ban when the game need player .
Mute should be 1 month max cuz being muted is boring and help chat shouldnt have changed supporter sucks they cant help if someone need help in mechanic except garde I dont think any supporter can help same shit with mod most of them dont understand atwar mechanic or map editor mechanic they cant help.
Someone will say go to forum but do u see any lowrank in forum? Nahhh they dont even know that atwar got a forum or dont care about it.
Dave maybe did good with the code but suck to make the player stay new admin didnt help its even more boring.

Trust me, the forums have been extremely toxic before. We're better off without trolls/racists/etc in this game. I don't know if you've seen the stuff unleashed and people like him have posted on this site, but if their names were known to the public, their reputations would be fucked for life.

xBugs is fine though. But his hacking kinda ruined the fun for some people. So he had to get a ban.
