Rare Units

I'm sick of having rare units get set to low in default settings!! There is absolutely no reason why it should be like this. Rare units should be automatically set to NONE for all default games. I should not have to buy premium to set it to none.

Having it set to low is absolutely stupid.

1. Non prems won't get rares. (WHAT IS THE POINT???)
2. Prems in your game WILL GET rares. Having a general + general related upgrades is already enough advantage. Giving premium players RARES in default games is completely unfair.

Please stop setting it to low and set it to NONE!

It seems like you think only premiums get rares and if that is the case you would be wrong.. But anyways, I need to say why I disagree with you and why I think the devs would disagree. Its simply because they designed that world map to be played with those rares and with that amount of rares. Think if you were them and you made this game and those units were put in, wouldn't you want to kinda show them off a bit? Or even keep them in there as an incentive to buy premium?

Maybe he might be mistaken? I'd be convince with a screenshot of someone non prem getting rares. But we don't seem to have any of those.

Ok well thats one case of a prem with rares which isn't very convincing. I'm gonna go ahead and take what Columna says as the truth seeing how he's a mod and has played for quite a long time now. Have you read what premium unlocks btw? Bc I have, it doesn't say anything about unlocking rare units

I've gotten rare units without prem, it's just that prems have a higher chance of getting rares and have more rares to possibly get.

Proof?

You CAN get rare units without premium. I've had it happen to me before, but only once. Yet when they did that "Three Free Days of Premium" thing, I got rare units every other game it seemed. So it does /drastically/ increase chances, but non-prems still can technically get them,

agree, i once had 3 days premium, and i got like 6 rares ,even if mods say that non premiuns can get rares, experience doesn't support this claim

Agree with NON rares by default, and to be honest. You can get rare units without premium, happened to me too like 2 years ago when i was nonpremium. I dont know why u dont get rares maybe amok hates u :O. Anyways goodluck

As I've said before on this topic, I have experience getting rare units as non-prem. I think it was light tanks in either North America or China?

Support prenium is pay to win,nerf prenium game should be fair to all!

you can get rares without premium but it's like 1% of chance a premium user has (idk exact amount was just my experience when was non prem compared to now) either get rid of rares by default or give non prems a higher chance of them, I can understand a game having a slight pay to win aspect but rares are a huge thing in small games like EU 3k, so having both players as having same chance or making the chance at least more common for non prem or again as post says make it non by default

Rares are a major game changer and should be set to none... and im prem, before I got it I would always get swamped by 7 light tanks by turn 3 almost every 3rd game or some kind of rare... I mean they can either completely screw over a non-prem or they will have a chance later in the game when they are ready for sudden troops popping up like daisies... plus even as a prem I don't get them much but then again I always set my matches to no rares so almost everyone on even ground...

I agree the default settings should be set to none, then premium's can simply turn it to whatever they want if they host the game.
