Because most of the time they can. Unless they are RP narb or 50k world narb. Also depends on the map you're playing..

For a rank 10+ player, I think it's rare to lose to a player rank 8 and below. Unless the player is on an alt account and knows what the hell he/she is doing.

well i actually beat two level 9 players and one level 10 player in world map 50k. when i pick right next to them; they tent to talk shit and be like in turn 5 your going to die but it usually the other way around.
