Casual CW's

United Power is a new clan for casual players and want to start CWing using the casual game style. I'm not sure if I need permission to do this, if there is a system in place already (there is a casual CW room) or how the scoring would work. I assumed it would be considered the same as any other CW, but it has been sugested to me that I make a post here. So, what does everyone think? I'm kind winging this & could really use some advice from you guys.

Would be nice to see, however I don't think competitive cw players are up to play a cas cw. I know I wouldn't but hey, there are cas fans out there that would like to see this happen, so maybe with the right amount support it could work.

For me it's more about convenience. Sometimes your clan mates have totally different timezones- this is a problem if all 3 of your CW anchors are like 10 hours apart.

That said, I would be all for it despite the problem of experienced players coaching low ranks.

How would that be any more of a potential problem than it is now...

Yes, Grimm.This has been brought up before & I see no defense against it. I would suggest honour will keep people honest, but I don't need the ridcule that would bring

No, there is a perfect defense against it:

It's already as much as a problem as it will ever be.

Hell, if you put it in the right parameters, every clan uses coaching to some extent. From the strategy / pick combo threads to even the lowest dirties form of rank 10 whispering into rank 2 player's ears.

Yep, casual CWs are good, no different than other members telling you what to do in quick one.
