this should only be allowed as a option, in the map editor.
i found this good and bad at the same time, since it can be abused, but will help scenarios that have silos or factories like un games.

i found this good and bad at the same time, since it can be abused, but will help scenarios that have silos or factories like un games.
But scenarios can get abused even without this idea, so I don't see a point not implenting this.
