Is the new Map Editor working?

I've tried many times to create a map in the HTML 5 Editor and i never got it to work. When i start the game it loads and everything looks fine...but when i try to pick a country nothing happens. It's like the coutries have not been mapped... or the values of the coutries don't apper... Anyway, can't figure it out...

Can you pick a country via the city menu?
City > [Country name] > Purchase
