Country Database, whooo!

I has created, after a day or two of spent free time, a database containing the basic income, the # of cities, and the # of reinforcements of every single country (100+ cities mode) on the map. I have classified them according to continent, geographical section, and some major sections (like USA) into subsections, too.

The purpose of the sections/subsections is to attempt some balance in certain regions, in short to perhaps suggest more balanced potential starting sides in scenarios.

An additional use for the database is analysis of income and reinforcement numbers in the game. Because the forum does not allow attachments, I will be giving a link ASAP. Enjoy!

P.S. Criticism is welcome, as long as it's rational.
