Not letting me play atwar on chrome bug

I know how to enable the NPAPI thing and it has always worked for me but now it wont. I enable it then close all my chrome tabs, bring them back up then it just brings this message right back.

If you are using Chrome browser and already have Silverlight installed, please make sure you have NPAPI support enabled. Chrome currently has it disabled by default.

In a new tab, navigate to chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Click on 'Enable' below the 'Enable NPAPI' option
Restart the browser
All done, enjoy the game!

You can also try running the game in another browser or download( atwar-game.com/download/atWarInstaller.exe ) and install the game on desktop.

You do know that restarting Chrome is not the same thing as closing and re-opening tabs?

Ive done this thing a hundred times on more than a few computers. Its just not working for this one :/
