Magnificent RolePlay

Hello my name is Ruben_Cx, formerly known as Mr. Magnificent, but I changed my name since I took over my brother's account (Mr. Magnificent). I also took over the map and scenario section. I am anticipating Magnificent RolePlay to be the *Remastered RP* killer. The inaccuracy in Tempted's RP makes me question why it's hyped. Hopefully my new map will burst that over-hyped bubble. Okay, well that's enough for the introduction; here are the rules and guidelines:

1) Pick a country (Often the game host will allow for 3 or 4 initial countries)
2) Whenever you pick a country stick to that choice without spreading (Picking another country; ex.(Thailand is picked and then the player picks Indonesia)).
3) Do not trespass naval, air, and/or land boundaries without the permission of a player; otherwise he is allowed to attack the certain troops and might lead to war.
4) Do not attack or declare war on players till turn 4. (Basic known rule)
5) Do not use chemical, nuclear, and/or other illegal weapons or you may be declared rouge. A voting system will allow to notice a rouge player; so if you have good allies you won't be rogue.
6) Do not ally too much people or you may be declared rouge using the voting system. (A alliance limit will be set by host most of the time.)
7) You may spread after you occupy your host country, but it has to be close (for island nations) or bordering.
8) To war a player you need to provide a solid reason or may found a loophole that is not included in the rules.
9) Oil in a host country is part of the bundle, unless it was conquered by a neutral.
10) Amounting a significant amount of troops in a player's border may be killed without owner's consent or may even declare war in less than 2 turns.
11) Re compensation may be considered by another player, or he/she may declare war on the player unless he/she accepts to the terms.
12) Due to the amounting of trolls and other people that ruin games of other people a banlist will be provided by me.
13) To report a troll provide a screenshot using *Lightshot* and PM me through AtWar. If you provide a false accusation you will be banned in return.

Nuclear Race:
1) Whoever gets to the nuclear facility will be granted a nuclear facility to fabricate a range of WMDs which are illegal by law unless the voting system impeaches the law.
2) WMDs near a country may be attacked without owner's consent.
3) Whenever a rogue goes WMD crazy they will no longer be rogues but they will be labeled as *Extremists* which is worse.
