Basically you dont want your units to get +3 range with blitzkrieg for example. Easy, instead of making your units to have range of 0 you can use -3 of range. Edit: nvm, Coastal Battery (One of the default rare units) have -5 range and for that reason i thought that it was possible to add that to your units, but it seems that no. ---- I dont understand why people says that Full Package is too expensive: http://imageshack.us/a/img854/6531/fzhd.png "I...
