Spamming or not spamming?

So, my acc has gotten banned, so i made a guest account to appeal it which is allowed. As I posted my appeal, i wanted to make a poll as potential evidence to support my argument, however in doing so, the poll was removed which I did now know why, so like what we all do when we fail once, we try once again. And so I made a 2nd poll, this time it was removed as well and I asked a mod why, and he told me that you are only allowed to post an appeal not a poll. Note: this is my 1st time with dealing with an appeal so I did not know you could not post a poll. So i understood and stopped posting. Once my acc was unbanned, i decided to repost the poll just out of curiousity since my previous polls did not get enough time to gather votes and since i am now unbanned and I am allowed to do so. A few hours later, I pmed a mod asking a simple question, and that mod ignored my question and accused me of spamming and removed my poll in which i posted it on this acc which is now unbaned so i am allowed to post it. I understand how he thinks I was spamming, but he was not listening to my side of the story and my side is mentioned above. Here is the argument all captured :
