I've been thinking about it alot since amok and ivan brought the new gold medals, why are some gold medals only 1sp?

I guess you mean the "negative" ones, like lost battles?

I would say, a medal and 1 SP for loosing is a consolation prize ;-)

Yeah they are anti-skill medals, you are not supposed to get a reward.
