Polls and threads
Can you add limitation to polls like say, we can decide in our poll setting which ranks can vote, or if premium or non premium can vote, and allow us have a list of 15max instead of 9. Also allow us to add another set number to the poll list after posting if it didn't reach the max.
I've also thought about allowing us to change the listed thing to something else after the poll is posted, while still having the original listed thing in a [ + ] to show it was replaced, and can still be voted.
And for regular thread, allow us to set which rank a player can post, and if non premiums can post or not.

You can make it a premium option if you'd like.

Subscribe option:
Add subscribe button to players, threads and forum sections.
This way threads that are created in the subscribed forum section, that reaches specific amount of upvotes will notify the subscriber,
and every new post that is posted in the thread that a player subscribed to, sends the subscriber a notification.
Add as well option to subscribe to players, and whenever they post the subscriber is notified..

Threads and posts deletion:
"When a mod deletes a thread, it should be pending, not visible to regular players, and needs at least approval from another 3 mods to delete it completely."
"When a player's post reaches specific amount of upvotes, it will be out of the player control if to delete, or edit it.
only mods can edit or delete it, and if one of the mods decides to edit or delete, like the idea I suggested above, several mods will need to approve it first before it's edited, or disappears completely." link

One of more obvious reasons is alt accounts...

For example there are a lot of players with lower rank alts that can skew the results of the votes, and for me the opinion of players from specific rank, and above on specific polls, and threads is far greater than of low ranks who just signed up not long ago.
I'd like to also block opinions of players who haven't contributed economically from expressing their opinion, when players who have bought premium complain about something related to their premium account.

Those are just options, non premiums, and low rank players can still make threads, polls, or participate in threads where there's no restriction of whatsoever.

It would eventually get to where all polls started by higher ranks would by only for high rankers...

The subscribe thing? Meh... Not really for it or against it...

I am for the thread and post deletions idea though.

I very much agree to the first point about alts you made, however this can simply be viewed as discrimination against legit low ranks.

We can say the same about rank restriction in games.

Could be a nice addition. Like option to renew polls list after specific date is over, and you can make new list, while the previous lists can be reviewed with single click.

Agree on the need to prevent alts. Perhaps have it so you can only vote with one IP for polls?

Multiple people can play from the same IP. For example roommates or siblings. So no, IP restriction isn't a good option.

Perhaps make voting with the same IP only for ranks 5 (changeable) and above? This way it's a combination of both ideas, and it would lessen the damage to people with the same IP.
