People have recently been getting kicked because of rankism. Higher ranks kick lower ranks out of their games, because we are "inferior." Plz stop this

Some people may very well not want to play with low ranks who have had less experience in the game and are unknown by the other players (in regards to how skilled the player is or whether or not they will leave immediately when things look bad). There will probably be some games you'll be able to play and might be noticed as a good or just reliable low rank. The most likely solution is to do what Squared said or you could befriend some high ranks whether it be in game or by joining a Coalition. Its an age old problem, people have endured the immense struggle for a long time now and its almost exclusively true that lower ranks are not as good as higher ranks, are not going to be able to match high ranks, and may very well ruin a game. There are always exceptions but there's just not much to do to 'stop rankism'.

Rankism occurs in most competitive team scenarios because they tend to take a lot of time to fill and require all players to be present and doing well. Take Ultimate WWII for example, there are a few countries that can be played by lower ranks, such as Brazil or Australia, but now it's more mid rank (6-8) but other nations need high ranks (8+), the US or Germany. Players do not want lower ranks playing these nations because they will lose early on and cost their team the game. Now I know what you may say: "How can we ever become good at a country if we always get kicked?" In your case because you are a rank 4, play more games and rank up to rank 5 to get a bit more respect in terms of people knowing you have some experience. In addition, play the competitive games at times that less people are on and where the game is less competitive. When I was a lower rank, I would play WWII at night when there were more lower ranks. By doing so, I could test out new strategies and learn the best way to play.

Get better first. Then beat those higher rank bullies in duels to let them know whose who. Next time they won't kick you !
