Still Can't Play

I can join a game, pick my country, but when the first turn starts, my screen goes black, and I am unable to do anything. Any Ideas? I have reinstalled silverlight, flash, java, refreshed my cookies, and "allowed" silverlight in the properties menu, or whatever you call that. I don't know what else to do. Anybody have a similar problem and fixed it? लदान... लदान...
