P.S. Lao always take his Modship serious. For him, Modship is more than a signature "~". I have seen him spending hours to reach out and help low ranks. His demotion, Illyrian's frustration, and the inactivities that follow will be AW's loss. Why can't AW be friendly as it used to be? Why Clovis has to ruin it with hate and disrespect?

It's sad to hear that he got demoted.
But if the reason really is "unable to corporate with staff" it's probably something that happened behind the scenes. We can't judge on this if we don't know what happened.

Lao brought tensions to the community as well as mocked players. This isn't political this is meant to be and is a step in the right direction for atwar, I 100% back clovis on this choice.

Although I wish mods were more expressive about the reasoning and not keeping it silent.

I've never gotten along with Laochra and frankly I dislike him and I believe he dislikes me too. But beyond our personal quarrels I always knew that no matter how much he disliked me or i disliked him that he was a moderator I could rely on if I ever came across issues, I don't believe it is fair he was demoted as I can truthfully say he was our best current moderator and the only one really trying to keep this game fresh and fun to play. I do not know what was going on behind the scenes and to be honest in this case it doesn't matter, Laochra has done so much for this game and continued to do so even when he wasn't a moderator. What we don't see behind the scenes is nothing compared to what he does infront of us all. I'm deeply disappointed Laochra has been demoted yet all these other pretender mods are allowed to stay in their position, I hope this decision had nothing to do with Ivan and he comes back to sort it all out.

From one of your biggest haters Lao, You done a good fucking job moderating this game and I mean that.

I bet he asked to be demoted, otherwise bad decision even if Lao doesn't like me he's online most of the time, so it's quite weird to demote the most active mod, and even weirder to consider that he had problem to get along with the other mods when 90% of them are offline.

Humiliation?

I for once thanks him for all the good job that he did while he was a mod. On the same line I have to apologize to all the scenario players and others that felt harassed by him. As others have said this is just the pinnacle of the iceberg.
