How Do I Take Screen Shots?

"Fn Print Screen CTRL P in ms paint save as Upload via imageshack wallah, screenshot." From Nateballer I can't really understand these directions is there a simpler way?

There are tools for this, the simplest way is to get a mac.

Press PrtScn, go to MS paint, paste, save as jpg, go to imgur.com, upload, paste the code with [.img] and [./img] on it. (without the .'s)

I really don't plan on buying another computer for a while, but all I need is how to take a screen shot with a Dell's Windows 7 operating system.
