Greetings friends, accolades, and Tito.

Although this post's relevancy is downcasted due to my relative inactivity, I still felt a moral and social responsibility to give a chance to let everyone know how I feel, so sit and read, or if you have anything better to do, just upvote and go on about your business.

Over the two plus years I have been a member of AtWar, I have met many wonderful people and many not-so-wonderful people. Like Unleashed. Like many of you, I went from coalition to coalition, learning tools of the trade from the best.

The grandchild of a German WWII veteran and child of an East German Border Officer, I was, from a young age, exposed to this idea of perspective. As I grew older, my fascination with the radical turned into support, although my vocality was limited, secret sympathies did little but grow.

With my acceptance into The Reich, a clan that has been disbanded but I am still associated with by the community, I began expressing these views onto AW.

Anyways, a lot has happened recently which has caused me to become inactive for the most part. Just some odd weeks ago, my grandfather passed away in his sleep, and truth came to light about the plausibility that he was involved in war crimes in Pripyat, Ukraine. This only agitated my gradual disassociation with neo-fascism and its likeness due to months of agitation and scholarly research.

As of right now, I no longer identify as anything considered "far-right" on a traditional spectrum, which leads me to the endpoint of this post, I am sorry for overly-provocative material that I have posted.

While I am not sorry for what I believed, as I always tried my best never to discriminate and believed what I did out of rationalism instead of bigoted hate.

In a final word to the two of you that will actually bother to read this, I will say that promoting such beliefs out of hatred is unjustified from any moral viewpoint, but it is that many don't, and they truly, honestly believe.

While I still hold staunchly conservative and nationalistic sentiment, and while this may result in my removal from The Optimates at the hands of Aetius or Pyrrhus, I felt it right to speak my mind, and I thank you for your time.

I preach that the best defence against against these ideals is not hate or violence, but rational logic and understanding. While many points are truthful, and their legitimacy ought to be acknowledged, the grand scheme, militarism, ultranationalism, anti-representation, egocentrism, and sometimes even racism, is inherently flawed and can never be fixed.

I do not want to be associated anymore with these people, even on AtWar. I believed making this post would be essential in a transition to be seeing as something other than a tin-foil wearing nut, for those which may ask.

But at least I don't believe the Earth is round. Those people are truly lost. Hah, right?

Spot on. Some things are just true, no matter under what (false) ideology they fall through and that is why i always read and liked your posts. That and the fact that in contrast with the so many fake tard "democratics" here, like republicans, democrats, eurojokes, slavs, jihadists, semi-communists and etc that dwell here you are also smart and adorable

Nothing wrong with apologies and change when they are truly meant. I hope you find your way in AW, and more importantly, in life.

You won't be removed from Optimates for not being a Nazi. We're no longer a political clan, it's just about if you play scenarios.

More on the point, I'm honestly sick and tired of ideology tags. I hate all this grouping-up of "Communists" or "Nazis" or whatever. A while ago I stopped looking at if someone is a Nazi or not and actually decided to look at the person himself, not his tag. I hope more people can do that.

Your every sentence seems like reasonable, I like your way of thinking about any ultra national thoughts and politics.
It seems that an happening in life made you open your eyes and see the truth, I opened my eyes 6years ago too.
Maybe this isn't real place to tell it, but i actually never speak my thoughts in this forum, I always troll people because it's more interesting than something like this if we are going to be real..... And thats why I probably will delete this post.
I will tell some of my thoughts on this theme:
The was is reasonless thing that is producing deaths and poor people.
But i believe that if you don't like your people, you can't like yourself too, so nationalism is normal thing.
But again, it doesn't justify a death, because if you can't respect others, you can't respect yourself too.
I'd like to express my condolences for the death of your grandfather too.

Ok i've read your post again, and if you really care so much about ideologies and politics then you should not quit on your stands so easy. No matter if (now) you think it is bad or good. Change can be good, but also bad, remember that.

Imagine if Zyuganov quit being a communist. That's impossible, he is communist since age 15 and no country collapse or cold war could stop him from being communist. He founded Communist Party of Russia a day later when Communist Party of USSR ceased to exist. He aint quitting, and he never won on elections for 25 years, yet he keep trying, and running a party.

You as 'former internet' nazi should read book of Giovanni Gentile, founder of Fascism, then Benito Mussolini and Oswald Mosley (keep in mind he have antisemitist claims in the book which classical fascist discard). Try classical fascism, 'softer' version of german nazism (since you said you've been radical). They are against liberal capitalism, big brother nazism and international communism. They promote culture over ethnicity and believe any color or nationality can become part of the culture, that's why they are against racist nazism. In other policies they promote standard things like conscription, tripartism, trenchocracy stuff like that.

Imagine if we all start quitting and change sides, what a chaos that'll be.
