Moldova is vital for SM Ukraine. It is looked over by many, but controlling Moldova is of the highest importance. Its proximity is an advantage, making it easy to defend with ground troops without spending money on air transports. I've never figured out what to do with that guy... and Moldova MUST be walled; it's a critical part of the expansion

I meant you walled that 3 starting reinf Ukraine city

I had 3 inf left over , didn't want to air trans (it's a possibility tho), so I decided why not and walled it

Use those 3 to wall Kiev, use Kiev to wall Moldova along with Lviv. You get an extra 3 infs in Moldova.
