Need a Collab Slave.

Hello,
I need a collaborator to help me make a map. Its a simple Civil War Map. The borders are done and the units are finished. However I need the help of some one to do a menial job of helping me place cities, give them appropriate income and reinforcements based on population at the time and location. I have Pennsylvania and everything north done. I always could use help though. Hit me up if you want to help.

Civil war is hard to make because it takes such few territories and few teams.

Yes, I suppose the States could be really broken down. However since it does start off as a diplo game and transitions into full out war fast, I prefer that the states are bland, given the fact that both the map and unit movement is significantly smaller.
