Ever had the need for missiles or fighters while at sea?

A ship type which would allow for the production of aircrafts anywhere at sea.

This could be worth 1000 and have a transportation range similar to a corvette.

1. What's New

Hello everyone and welcome to game 8 of the New World Empires by Niki game series. Many thanks to Elijah for the original map and scenario.

2. Game Protocols

Please observe the following game protocols:
• Always be considerate of other players. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
• Do not leave a game by timing out. If you have lost the game, surrender.
• Take your turn in a timely manner. Don't be the last player to take your turn every turn.
• Players are no longer restricted to their home countries on turn one.

3. Settings

• Starting funds are $50,000
• Capture player country for three (3) turns
• Maximum number of initial territories that can be selected is one (1)
• Maximum number of allies is three (3)
• Maximum number of players is twenty (20)
• Maximum number of turns is two hundred (200)
• Minimum rank is five (5)
• Turn duration is forty-eight (48) hours

4. Player's Invitation List

The Player's Invitation List is managed as follows:

You will be added to the Player's Invitation List if:
• You are a new coalition member.
• You have joined a coalition game (coalition and non-coalition players).

You will be removed from the Player's Invitation List if:
• You have been inactive in atWar for 10 days or longer as of the game date.
• You request to be removed. All requests are final. No dithering please.
• You have been banned from coalition games.
• Niki Coalition Leaders and Officers are de facto members of the Player's Invitation List.

So i like doing 1v1s and i start off pretty well (usually up on units, and have a good position) but then in after like turn 10 i start getting fucked over so badly, if anyone has some advice about how to play late game that would be wonderful.

note: i did read the post by Zenith on this, but i would like more detail if possible.

The issue with certain player is that he keeps duelling on only one map and only one setting. The best thing we could do at this point i think is to add a restriction in which the same settings (map and preset) can't be played twice in a row. Then we could have a more reliable duelling system, and also the sugestion already made regarding low ranks, but i would sugest since rank 7 you can duel for real. Low ranks can duel but as someone said those duels won't have any impact on regular and seasonal elo.

skill issue, get gooder, if he does the smae settings learn how he plays those and counter. not that hard
